This is a semesterized course and will begin on February 1st, 2010.
This course will include the the components of Character Education in Unit One

Monday. March 8th
The full month thus far has been spent on Chachter Education Activities. No grades will be on the next report card for Health since Character Education is not accessed with a grading system.

Complete the handouts on chapter 10 (Smoking Unit),. to be passed in on day 3 (next Health class)

Wednesday, April 28th
Students are working in school on their SMOKING Diseases Project. All students are required to bring their rough copy plus their final typed copy of their component to class on day 7 (Tuesday, May 4th) , ready to attach all to a bristol board for class presentation. Pencil leads and markers are required to complet eeach groups project. This is a 30% term project graded in 2 parts.

FINAL COPY of Smoking Disease Project DUE MONDAY, MAY 10th

At present your child is doing Unit 13- Your Changing Body, Your Changing Feelings,in the Health Textbook. Some of the visuals are graphic and may not be comfortable for them to bring home so I plan on doing the full unit in class with minimal homework.
