Year One Band members received their practice charts last week to track their practice habits. Please initial the days and length of time that your child practices. Some students are not making the amount of progress that is required due to lack of home practice. There is a new page for Year One Band members at the top of this page listing their assignments for the week.

Junior High Media Crew will meet on Friday February 24. We will have our next newscast ready for broadcast before the end on February. We are also entered in the Amalgamated Academy Media Arts Festival taking place in April.

Rock Band will meet on Tuesday February 21.  Our next performance is February 29 at Villanova as part of our anti-bullying campaign. We will also be playing on March 9th at Holy Spirit High School for a benefit concert for Riley Mercer.  Details to follow.

Grade 7 Social Studies students have begun chapter 5.  Chapter 2 assignments were returned last week..
