Health- Final Assignment -Due: Tuesday, Day 3, June 8. Assignments
           submitted by Friday, June 4 will receive a 5% bonus.

Health-  Open book test on Thursday, Day 7, June 3. Bring your duo-tangs
             which contain your hand-outs and notes.

Health-  Assignment-Due: Tuesday,Day 7, May 25.
            Students are expected to have read the 6 page hand-out that  
             includes information on the drugs:Cannabis,LSD, and Cocaine.Also,               students are asked to provide the following  information for each one               of these drugs:

             -List 3 short-term effects of the drug.
             -List 2 long-term effects of the drug.
            - Describe one risk associated with taking this drug.
            - How would you be in trouble with the Law if you were found with this                drug?
            
             
             
 Health- Students are expected to have completed 3 worksheets for Tuesday,
           Day 3, May 18th.
         
           -" How Drugs Enter the Bloodstream"
          - "Some Facts about Drugs"- complete the chart using the information                 provided.
          -"Develop a living Skill:Knowing your Values"





Health-  Complete the assignment, "Smoke gets in your Lungs" for Thursday,
            Day 7, May13th. Extra points will be given for students who wish
            to pass in their assignment early.
                1) Write (or cut and paste) the names of the chemicals found in
                     cigarette smoke on the drawing of the lungs
                2) Research any five chemicals and find out what other products
                     contain the chemicals you select. Place your answers on the
                   " Up in Smoke Research Sheet".
