There is a trusting climate where teachers, students, parents, and community respect each other.
Students, parents, and teachers have access to information, research, and human resources which utilize the most current technology as well as the most progressive and effective teaching methods available.
Students are held in highest regard, and direction is provided for them to develop their unique potential.
Teachers and students are working together in an environment which is a safe and secure place to learn.
Students' educational experiences expand beyond the school building and into the community where students have a positive impact and are perceived as valuable community members.
